For :icondoctorsenpye:'s Spaterex Character Contest! This is C-8, otherwise known as Slate! He can see aaaaaaall~ nah, but seriously he does have x-ray vision and thermal vision. I'd imagine his eyes turn red when he uses that thermal imagery!
